Old School House is Victorian Listed
Grade II. We are fortunate to be in the
Conservation heart of one of the most
popular Heritage Coast villages. A
large green with traditional duck pond;
two delightful pubs with delicious fare and
a very comprehensive village stores / post
office complete our friendly community.

 

 

This cost of course includes a very hearty
full English breakfast, fruit juices &
cereals; whatever is your preference. I
am registered with the Local Authority
and the property is inspected by them. I
have a Food Hygeine Certificate.
I am not able to provide evening meals,
but there is a splendid choice in Westleton
and many other adjoining villages. If
you would like to pre book an evening
meal locally for your arrival night,
please enquire for some contact numbers.
We have plenty of room to store bicycles
and dry wet walking togs & boots over
night.

Do bring your own wine, if you wish. I
will gladly chill this for you to enjoy by
the pond or in the garden

RSPB Minsmere
The house has been recently extensively refurbished and is centrally
heated. Guest accommodation is of the highest standard with en-suite shower
rooms. We have two king size bed suites. I regret I do not have twin or
single accommodation. From 1st January 2008 the room rate for two people and
including breakfast (from a large and varied menu) is £70
 Westleton is ideally positioned on this
stunning Heritage Coast for Dunwich,
and RSPB Minsmere - both less than
10 minutes away. Wonderful walking,
cycling and painting country. Glorious
Southwold and Walberswick are just up
the road with Woodbridge, Constable
Country, Ipswich and Norwich within
an hour travelling.		 The map on this brochure
will help you locate us. From the
midlands or West: A14 until A1120.
Leave A1120 at Yoxford. Turn left onto
A12 and second Right (only a few
yards) signed to Westleton. Approx 2
miles to junction with ‘Scarletts’ garage
on your left. Turn left. See village hall in
front of you and Crown pub to the right.
Take right hand fork and immediately
you have passed the Village Hall, see our
gate in flint wall on your left.

 

 

We regret our strictly non smoking house
is unsuitable for dogs or children, and we
are unable to accept credit cards.
